Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Trainer CRM ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages using the Service.
- Contact leads who have not consented to receive communications from you.
- Use the Service to send unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
- Attempt to bypass the Service's security or access other trainers' data.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
You are solely responsible for complying with messaging regulations (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc.) and with the terms of any third-party services you connect (Twilio, Meta, Stripe, etc.).
4. Third-party services
The Service integrates with external providers (Twilio, Stripe, Resend, Google, Meta, OpenAI). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or fees charged by those providers.
5. Your content
You own your data. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process that data only as needed to operate the Service on your behalf.
6. Fees and refunds
Fees, if any, are as agreed between you and us separately. The Service is provided "as is" and you are responsible for any applicable taxes.
7. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical. On termination we delete all associated data within 30 days.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to you. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
